Not resolved, tried to use increasing amounts of ETH fees to unlock the staked funds but stopped when fees requested by team went to $50. Still looking for a way to unstake my HFT funds without paying massive fees.
Also, the process is not designed to inspire confidence - could not tell who is running this or where the fees go. Felt like a scam, TBH.

I tried telegram channels and looked through the web site - unable to find a way to redeem my HFT. This forum seems to be the only active place where questions about staked funds can be asked and governance should be focused on ensuring people can access their funds in easy and transparent way.

@laisee a few things:
- the funds cannot be unstaked until the lock expiry date. this is encoded in the Smart Contract governing the staked funds and the code can be visible on Etherscan; you should be able to see when the stake expires on the Hashflow website
- the team would NEVER ASK FOR FEES in order to help you; you joined a scam Telegram group that asked you for money without the intent to help you (@HashflowModerator is NOT one of our official Telegram accounts); beware of scammers (i.e. users like @Regan who post scam links)
- as others mentioned, this is not a Help Center, but a forum to discuss governance proposals
To get help officially, go to our website and use the Discord app link there. You can create tickets and we have moderators / team members who will help you for free. You will never be asked to send us funds.

I tried to click on the official discord channel @ Official Links | Hashflow but the link goes nowhere.
I used this invite link from linktr.ee/hashflow but cannot see any channels at Discord except the “start-here” channel which tells me I’m already verified when I click the “verify” button. I cannot post anything and cannot see any channels for support.
